Sunday, September 12, will be Rally sunday for Good Shepherd. On that day we will RALLY 'ROUND THE POOL and have a great time swimming, splashing or just floating! Come join the fun and fellowship. Plan to be at Good Shepherd on September 12 for worship at 8:00 or 10:00. And don't forget your swim suit!! You KNOW you'll want to join us in the pool for liquid fun.

One of the best aerobic exercises is swimming, which exercises heart, lungs and upper body muscles without excessive strain on the body. You can do that exercise right here at Good Shepherd.
